| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 2014, and, in effect, to compel the respondent to comply with so much of an order of the same court dated January 19, 2017, as directed the respondent to provide her with certain exhibits.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 19, 2017, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 22, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County.
