An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about August 9, 2017, And petitioner-appellant having moved for a stay of execution of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, And a Justice of this Court having entered an interim stay of the Family Court order on August 10, 2017 pending disposition of this motion,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to petitioner-appellant or any other party seeking further relief, such as leave to renew, at the conclusion of the hearing should the evidence warrants such relief.
