Respondent reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof, and on condition that he provide a progress report to the Attorney Grievance committee every six months, regarding the status of his efforts with respect to a written payment agreement with the Internal Revenue Service. No opinion. All concur.
