Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 11, 2017, as directed him to pay temporary maintenance arrears and temporary maintenance in the sum of $15,000 per month, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
