Motion by the appellant to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 7, 2017, pending determination of a related appeal and cross appeal, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 28, 2017, the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
