Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 10, 2017, and an order of the same court dated July 31, 2017, and, inter alia, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment dated February 10, 2017, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until December 29, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
