ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 28, 2017, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 18, 2017, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 11, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "December 29, 2017."
