ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 19, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 6, 2017, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the names "Zarko Svatovic, appellant, et al., defendant" and substituting therefor the names "Barbara Best, defendant, Zarko Svatovic, appellant."
