Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 1, 2017, to include four letters addressed to the Justice presiding in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 28, 2016, December 2, 2016 (two letters), and December 8, 2016, respectively, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the four letters, as well as a brief, on or before December 29, 2017.
