ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated November 9, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 12, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the date "November 27, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "November 29, 2017."
