DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to withdraw appeals from a judgment and an amended judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, both rendered April 18, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw the appeal from the judgment is granted, the appeal from the judgment is deemed withdrawn; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw the appeal from the amended judgment is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers including a writing signed by the appellant stating that he wants to withdraw the appeal from the amended judgment.
