DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Diane M. Cimitile, Appellant. |
Motion by respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from two judgments of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered September 5, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated April 7, 2017, which, among other things, reversed the judgments of conviction (55 Misc 3d 138[A], 2017 NY Slip Op 50511[U]), and, upon reargument, to affirm the judgments of conviction.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that leave to reargue is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, upon reargument, the decision and order of this court dated April 7, 2017 is adhered to.
