| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 9, 2017, and, in effect, to continue the terms of orders of protection dated August 23, 2017, in favor of the subject children and against Eggar T., and of so much of an order of the same court also dated August 23, 2017, as allows Eggar T., supervised visitation with the subject children, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated November 9, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated November 9, 2017, is stayed and the terms of the orders of protection dated August 23, 2017, in favor of the subject children and against Eggar T., and of so much of the order dated August 23, 2017, as allows Eggar T., supervised visitation with the subject children are continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated November 9, 2017.
