DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated September 14, 2017, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
