Motion by Theresa McNeil for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 23, 2017, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order as well as an appeal from an order of the same court entered June 27, 2017, and to consolidate the appeals.
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order dated October 23, 2017, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic.
