ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 16, 2017, in the above-entitled case, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 30, 2017, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 13, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "January 12, 2018."
