DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Karyn M. Zubko from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 4, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 2, 2017, the appellant was directed to serve and file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material within 30 days after the date of the decision and order on motion. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 2, 2017, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
