ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 1, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 23, 2017, and July 11, 2017, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "defendant-respondent" and substituting therefor the words "plaintiffs-respondents."
