An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 21, 2017, and from the Judgment of Divorce of said Court entered on or about July 24, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And plaintiff-respondent having moved for dismissal of the appeal or, in the alternative, for an enlargement of time to submit a supplemental appendix, to serve a respondent's brief, and to adjourn the aforesaid appeal (M-5559), And defendant-appellant having cross-moved for a stay of enforcement of the order entered on or about April 21, 2017, for a stay of the Judgment of Divorce entered on or about July 24, 2017, for leave to file a supplemental appendix and an amended brief, and for other relief (M-5606), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing plaintiff-respondent to file a supplemental appendix, along with a respondent's brief, on or before February 28, 2018 for the April 2018 Term, to which Term the appeal is adjourned, and it is further, Ordered that the cross motion is granted only to the extent of permitting defendant-appellant to file a supplemental appendix within 20 days of the date of entry hereof, if so advised, and the cross motion is otherwise denied.
