On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court, dated December 5, 2017, in the above-entitled matters, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 31, 2017, and appeals from an order of the same court entered October 3, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "an appeal from an order" and substituting therefor the words "appeals from an order," and by deleting from the second paragraph the words "in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words "in opposition and in relation thereto."
