DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Akeeb O. Osinaike from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 13, 2016, January 9, 2017 and February 28, 2017, respectively. By order to show cause dated October 18, 2017, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 24, 2017, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
