DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay his incarceration at the Orange County jail pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Orange County, all dated September 13, 2017, to relieve the appellant's assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
