Motion by the appellants/plaintiffs-appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 25, 2017, an order of the same court dated April 27, 2017, and undated order of the same court, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order entered January 25, 2017, and the order dated April 27, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the orders is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before January 5, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before January 5, 2018, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondents may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 5, 2018.
