Motion by the defendant "to update the judgment." By decision and order on motion dated March 21, 2016, this Court denied the defendant's prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated November 30, 2015, which determined an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered January 23, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
