| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 27, 2017, as directed him to pay the outstanding balance of the subject student loans, directed him to reimburse the children for the money they paid to reduce the balances of the subject student loans, and directed him to pay the sum of $5,000 in counsel fees, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
