Motion by Dillon Ortiz to consolidate appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered April 14, 2016, and an order of the same court dated May 23, 2017.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application of this Court dated November 20, 2017, which denied Dillon Ortiz's application for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated May 23, 2017.
