It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an order staying the enforcement of the final judgment and order to restore petitioner to possession is granted on condition that the respondent-appellant perfect his appeal by no later than the April 2018 term the filing deadline for which is February 6, 2018. Respondent's brief's are to be filed by February 28, 2018 and reply briefs, if any, by March 8, 2018. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, petitioner may move, on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
