On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 17, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 26, 2017, is amended by deleting from the sixth decretal paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Westchester County."
