Motion by the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants City of New York and New York City Department of Transportation to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 7, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 22, 2017, and the movants' brief, including the points of argument on their cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), shall be served and filed on or before that date.
