On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 1, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated January 24, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
