Motion by the respondent-appellant pro se on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated September 6, 2016, inter alia, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the respondent-appellant's appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the respondent-appellant's appendix is denied as unnecessary as a waiver was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 1, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
