Motion by the petitioner for leave to reargue a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a certain determination dated June 13, 2014, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 27, 2015, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated July 19, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
