It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking a stay of the enforcement of the Decision/Order of (Asforis, J.) dated November 16, 2017, is granted to the extent of staying the enforcement of said order until December 22, 2017, so as to enable appellant to move in the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, to be restored to possession. We note that appellant has demonstrated an ability to satisfy the outstanding arrears and fees.
