DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file an addendum to her brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 12, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before December 29, 2017, the appellant may insert in the copies of the brief on file with this Court and serve on the respondent an addendum to her brief containing an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 31, 2003, in an action entitled Russell v New York Central Mutual Fire Insurance Company, under Index No. 19584/01, and the motion is otherwise denied.
