Motion by Joseph M. Castillo, Menotti Enterprises, LLC, Michael Menotti, and Steven Menotti, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 20, 2017, and to stay the trial in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
