DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 24, 2017, and an order of the same court entered April 7, 2017, to direct the respondent to provide her with copies the respondent's trial exhibits, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals, and for award of costs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the respondent to provide the appellant with copies of the respondent's trial exhibits is denied as unnecessary in light of the representation by the respondent that all trial exhibits have now been provided to the appellant; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 16, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for award of costs is denied.
