Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals and for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on February 9, 2017, and February 14, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Carrie McLoughlin Noll, Esq., dated November 28, 2017, the affirmation of Gerard E. O'Connor, Esq., dated November 27, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Jennifer M. Schauerman, Esq., sworn to December 8, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals from the order and judgment entered February 9, 2017, and February 14, 2017, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before February 14, 2018, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
