2017-11140, 2017-11143, 2017-11144 Marcelle Bichotte, respondent, v Ricardo O. Dunner, appellant. (Index No. 54403/11)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, one dated July 27, 2017, and two dated October 19, 2017, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2017-11140 and 2017-11144 are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeals lie as of right from orders that are not the result of motions made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
DILLON, J.P., MILLER, BARROS and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
