ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated November 20, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 8, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 13, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "December 16, 2017."
