| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 30-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered November 23, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 3, 2018, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied; and it is further
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 23, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
