ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 18, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 24, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "October 28, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "October 24, 2016."
