ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 15, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 21, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court" and substituting therefor the words "Family Court."
