Motion by the nonparty-appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 28, 2016, and October 13, 2017, respectively, to direct the return of the subject children Aiden H. and Amari H. to him.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the nonparty-appellant is not aggrieved by the orders appealed from (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
