DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel in connection with his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated October 27, 1997 (see People v Taylor, 243 AD2d 741), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered January 30, 1995.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
