Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Herkimer County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on August 9, 2017, and July 27, 2017, and an application having been made by Jessica Hilts, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the eldest child,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Jessica Hilts, Esq., dated November 17, 2017,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq., 2103 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, and
