Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Dutchess County, dated July 21, 2016, and a decree of the same court dated May 16, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 15, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the respondents-appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
