| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 22, 2016, and to waive the filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before January 18, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the respondent; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary.
