| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondents NYS Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment and NYS Office of Children and Family Services pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for an enlargement of time until January 19, 2018, to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 22, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 8, 2018, the applicants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
