Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from an amended judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered January 25, 2017, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED the motion is denied, without prejudice to the appellant moving for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on or before February 20, 2018.
