Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 27, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, located at 83 Central Avenue South, also known as 83 South Central Avenue, Valley Stream, New York, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
